Tools present here enable customers to add and remove domains, subdomains, and domain aliases. They also enable them to manage various web hosting settings, create and manage databases and database users, change their DNS settings, and secure their websites with SSL/TLS certificates.

Mail
Tools present here enable customers to add and remove mail accounts, as well as manage mail server settings.

Files
This page features a web-based file manager that enables customers to upload content to their website, as well as manage files already present on the file system within their subscription.

Databases
This page allows customers to create new ar manage existing databases.

Statistics
This page features information about disk and traffic usage, as well as the link to web statistics that present a detailed overview of the site’s visitors.

Users
Tools present here enable customers to add and remove user accounts that enable other people to log in to Plesk.

Account
This page features information about resource usage for the subscription, allowed hosting options and granted permissions. Tools present here enable customers to retrieve and update their contact details and other personal information, and also back up their subscription settings and websites.

To customize memory limit of your host, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (Select PHP Version) from Software section.
3 – Click on the PHP Version drop-down control to select from the available versions of PHP installed on the server.
4 – Click on Set as current button to activate any changes.
5 – Click on Switch To PHP Options.
6 – Edit any of features on this page.
7 – Click on Save.

To delete Spam Scores, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Configure Calculated Spam Scores Settings.
5 – Click on X icon beside item to remove it from scores list.
6 – Click Update Scoring Options.

To Configure Spam Scores Settings, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Configure Calculated Spam Scores Settings.
5 – Click on Add A New “scores” Item.
6 – Select conditions and set the number of scores.
7 – Click Update Scoring Options.
* If conditions are met, the email will be as spam mails

To Delete Item from Blacklist of Spam Filters, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings.
5 – Click on X icon beside item to remove it from Blacklist.
6 – Click Update Blacklist (Blacklist_from).

To Configure the Blacklist of Spam Filters, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings.
5 – Click on Add A New “Blacklist _from” Item.
6 – Enter the domain name or email in Blacklist_from box.
7 – Click Update Blacklist (Blacklist_from).

To Delete Item from whitelist of Spam Filters, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Edit Spam whitelist Settings.
5 – Click on X icon beside item to remove it from whitelist.
6 – Click Update Whitelist (whitelist_from).

To configure the whitelist settings for Spam Filters, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Show Additional Configurations.
4 – Click on Edit Spam whitelist Settings.
5 – Click on Add A New “whitelist_from” Item.
6 – Enter the domain name or email in whitelist_from box.
7 – Click Update Whitelist (whitelist_from).

To Configure Auto-Delete Settings for spam emails, perform the following steps:

1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cPanel).
2 – Click on (Spam Filters) from Email section.
3 – Click on Configure Auto-Delete Settings.
4 – Set this score below the current Spam Threshold Score (5).
5 – Click Update Auto-Delete Score.
* The system will automatically delete messages with spam scores that meet or exceed the Auto-Delete Threshold Score.
